Terms and Conditions

Orders accepted by Pure & Simple Skincare Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. ‘We’ or ‘Us’ refers to Pure and Simple Skin Care Ltd. ‘You’ refers to the person placing the order for products from this site. By ordering from the site you indicate that you accept all our terms and conditions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and prices are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to amend these details at any time.

We will not be held liable for any consequences arising from failure to follow manufacturers’ instructions, or any inappropriate use of products. We make no claims regarding the health benefits of any products featured on this site. Always seek professional medical advice if you have concerns regarding any medical condition. As with any skincare product, we recommend that a patch test be carried out prior to using any new product to assess the risk of any irritation, particularly if you suffer from eczema, psoriasis or any similar skin conditions. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund in the event that you discover the product is unsuitable after conducting a patch test.

There may be variations in appearance and some separation of lotions or liquids may occur. This is entirely normal, and due to our products being completely natural. All products should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place. Our products do not contain chemical preservatives and so should be used as soon as possible after purchase.

ORDERING:

Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges.

International customers should be aware that import duties or other charges may be levied on their parcels. We are not responsible for any such charges.

Ordering goods from our website is very simple – you will be guided through the process by our website. You will be prompted to review and amend or confirm your order prior to final placement.

When you have placed your order we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via telephone or email.

POSTAGE COSTS:

  • UK Domestic First Class £3.50
  • UK Domestic Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm £7.50
  • UK Domestic Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee £9.50
  • Foreign, European Countries, Airmail up to 1kg, £6.00
  • Foreign, European Countries, Airmail 1kg-2kg, £12.00
  • Foreign, Rest of the World, Airmail up to 1kg, £12.00
  • Foreign, Rest of the World, Airmail 1kg-2kg, £24.00

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

All our credit and debit card transactions are entrusted to Protx Ltd, one of the world’s leading credit card payment solutions providers. This ensures absolute security and privacy to our customers. We do not hold any customer’s credit or debit card details on our system.

DELIVERY:

Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce depending on the size and weight of the parcel. The majority of our orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Orders placed at the weekend may not be despatched until the following Monday. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. If you have not received your goods by this time please contact us.

If you require urgent delivery, we offer guaranteed next day delivery through Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. Your order must be placed before 1pm to guarantee delivery by the next day. If you require a guaranteed Saturday delivery, please select the Saturday Delivery option before 1pm on Friday. Orders placed by Special Delivery over the weekend are guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Tuesday. Please note that Special Delivery is not available on UK Bank Holidays, and these will delay delivery by a day.

Special Delivery requires a signature, so please make sure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. If you are out when the postman calls, he will leave a card telling you how to arrange re-delivery, or from where you can collect your parcel. If you do not collect the parcel within a specified timeframe, usually 7 days, it will be returned to us. In this event you will have to arrange with us for a new delivery and you will be liable for the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return any item to us, please telephone or email us in the first instance so we can arrange the return with you and give you the address to which you should send the goods.

If an item is damaged or faulty you may return it to us for a refund. If you decide you don’t want an item, it must be returned to us in perfect re-saleable condition, unused, unopened, undamaged and with all packaging and seals intact.

All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will refund the cost of the product to you within 28 days. You are responsible for the postage costs incurred in returning items to you. We strongly recommend that you send returns using Recorded or Special Delivery, as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

We regret we cannot offer a refund if, after using a product, you find that you are sensitive to it. All ingredients in our products are listed in full on our website. If you know, or suspect, that you are sensitive to any ingredients, please make sure you read the ingredients list carefully before placing an order.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

PRIVACY:

We do not share any customer’s details with third parties, and any personal details you provide to us will remain confidential. Any such information we hold is purely for our own internal use. We will never send any unsolicited emails to you.
